I am an administrator for a company that has an old version of Citrix Netscaler. The problem is that older SSL Cipher suites are no longer supported in the newest Citrix Workspace App. The Citrix Netscaler version we are running does not support the newest ciphers.
The only solution is to upgrade the Citrix Netscaler to a newer release that supports the modern ciphers.
Mac Os Citrix Receiver
For the short term a workaround is to use an older version of Citrix Workspace App / Citrix Receiver. The Chrome plugin you link to is an older release and will work with this old version of the Netscaler.
The oldest Workspace App that works is version 1903 (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/legacy-receiver-for-mac/workspace-app-for-mac-19031.html) which unfortunately is not supported on Catalina. Canon 5d software download for mac.
